The peninsula of Istria is part of Croatia. Due to both its history and its location it offers a kind of Italian atmosphere that you can still feel. After all, the very vivid art scene in both countries is associated very closely to each other. The most famous cities marking the whole area are Triest to the west (Italy), Rijeka/Opatija to the east and Pula to the south. If you accept our invitation, you'll be in the midst of it: The sun and the sea around the picturesque seaport of Porec' between Novigrad and Vrsar!
The workshops, limited to a maximum of 4-6 participants, but at least 3; are planned at first for five completely creative days in order to grant a successful and intensive creative process to everybody. A prolongation of one additional week is possible. On the day of arrival (usually a Sunday) all guests will be received at an informal welcome evening.
The time schedule for the creative days is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., lunch time from 12.30 to 2 p.m.
The charge for the complete course is 290,- €. We'd be pleased to look for a suitable bed and breakfast accomodation as required. We'll send you adequate offers on demand respectively on receipt of your advance booking. Istria is rich in history and sights that you can enjoy in your freetime, apart from enjoying the sun, the sea and the beach!
A prolongation week of the workshop will be charged with 225,- €.
